Elder Abuse Prevention - Michelle Lord

Michelle Lord has worked in the health and not-for-profit sectors for over 30 years. Having held several roles at Southern Melbourne Primary Care Partnership across 12 years, she is now Executive Officer as well as leading one of 8 Elder Abuse Prevention Networks in Victoria. She has advised the Victorian Government via a number of channels on the primary prevention of elder abuse. Michelle recently led a collaborative alliance to develop the Framing age message guide¸ a pivotal resource to reframe the way we all think and talk about age, ageing and issues that affect older people.
