Michelle Wright (Mish) (B.Ed and Dip. Teach) is the program co-ordinator for the Living Longer Living Living Stronger program in Victoria COTA (Council On The Aged). After running her award winning fitness business mishfit® for a decade, Mish now writes education, blogs, articles and presents - specialising in women’s health and working with older people.
